Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs requires that all motorcoaches be registered with us before they arrive on property.

The reservation restrictions are as follows:

  • Reservations will be accepted Monday – Sunday, no time restrictions
  • Minimum stay being five hours
  • Reservations need to be made at least one week in advance of scheduled trip
  • Need to arrive on a registered motorcoach
  • To make a reservation, we need a count of passengers, arrival and departing times and group leader's name, if applicable
  • If there is a delay in your arrival, please call 1.888.WIN.IN.PA or 570.831.2100 and ask for extension 4499

If you arrive more than 15 minutes early or late without an update call, you will jeopardize future reservations.

May - September 2013 Motorcoach Marketing Charter Group Packages

Traveling 80 miles or out of state

Passengers: $10 food coupon & $25 in Free Slot Play
Group Leaders: $10 food coupon & $60 in Free Slot Play

Traveling between 36-79 miles

Passengers: $10 food coupon & $15 in Free Slot Play
Group Leaders: $10 food coupon & $30 in Free Slot Play

Traveling less than 35 miles

Passengers: $5 food coupon & $5 in Free Slot Play
Group Leaders: $10 food coupon & $10 in Free Slot Play

All mileage is based on a one-way trip to the property. Packages may change at management's discretion. Must be 21 years of age or older to receive any package. Reservations accepted based on availability.

2013 Motorcoach Marketing Monthly Promotions

May & June - Frequent Group Leader Months

All group leaders who arrive by a registered motorcoach 4 or more times in May and June will receive an extra $100 in Free Slot Play valid for July and August!

July – Motorcoach Appreciation Month

Two lucky winners will be chosen between 10:00am - 2:00pm to win $25 in Free Slot Play**; all winners will be entered into a grand prize drawing on August 1st at 2:00pm for their share of $2,000 in Free Slot Play!

**Must have six registered buses arriving for drawings to take place.

August – Frequent Group Leader Initiative

All group leaders who arrive by a registered motorcoach two or more times in September will be entered into a drawing September 2nd at 2:00pm for their share of $2,000 in Free Slot Play!

September - Passenger Appreciation Month

All passengers who visit our property this month will be entered in to win their share of $3,000 Free Slot Play! Drawing to be held on October 1st at 2:00pm.
