Wayne, a Pennsylvania State University Graduate, joined our Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs team right after he graduated college in 2008. Three and a half years later, he still continues to strive for perfection when it comes to superior guest service. His experience in marketing plays a vital role in our player development team. Jacob comes from Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, born and raised in Kingston, Rhode Island as well as a graduate of Norwich Free Academy. He is a proud descendent of the great Mohegan Chief, Uncas and proudly served our country in the U.S. Army as a ranger, serving two tours in Sadr City, Iraq. He is excited to be a part of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority's growth within the gaming world. A honest and hardworking individual, Jacob strives for great customer service and always greets every guest with a smile. He is also dedicated to make each guest's stay at Mohegan Sun at Poconos Downs as memorable as the first one.

Dan joined Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in January of 2010, working in the Players Club. He moved to Casino Host in the fall of 2011. For Dan, the most rewarding part about working at MSPD is making sure the guests have a great time and can't wait to come back for more visits.

Born and raised in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, Sean graduated from Penn State University in 2008. In 2010 he joined the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs team in the Motorcoach Marketing department. In the Fall of 2011 he made the transition over to Casino Host. He constantly strives to make the visit of each guest he encounters enjoyable and fun. When asked what he likes most about being a Host, Sean said, "Being able to have more meaningful one on one interactions with each guest I see is what makes the job worth having."

Tara Mack graduated Wilkes University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Public Relations Communications as well as a Marywood University graduate with a Masters in Education. Tara started at Mohegan Sun as a Marketing Representative at the Player's Club booth in April 2011 where she greeted all guest with her friendly and caring smile. Tara journeyed to Casino Host in July 2012 where she enjoys interacting and building lasting relationships with all the guests. In Tara's spare time she enjoys yoga, kayaking, nature walks and weight training to stay fit.

Kenny Rowlands has been a member of the Mohegan Sun team since the summer of 2010, when he began in the Player's Club as a Marketing Representative. In his time with us, Kenny has not only shown excellence and great enthusiasm as a Rep, but has also elevated to Casino Host in the winter of 2011. Kenny enjoys spending time with his family, gaming and snowboarding in his spare time.

Laura graduated from King’s College in the winter of 2010. She started at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in the summer of 2011 as a valet attendant. She then transferred to the Marketing department as a Player’s Club Representative and soon after made the transition over to Casino Host. Her loyalty to Mohegan Sun is exceeded only by her dedication to making every guest’s experience completely unforgettable. Laura’s favorite part of working “under the Sun” is meeting and interacting with so many different and interesting people.

Rob is a Wilkes-Barre native, joining the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs team in June of 2008. Over the past five years Rob has held several different positions in Retail Operations, Marketing, and most recently Guest Relations before joining the Casino Host team in 2012. Currently he is pursuing a degree in Marketing from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Rob is dedicated to not only Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs but also to the guests he interacts with daily, making sure that each visit to Mohegan Sun is a truly enjoyable and memorable one. Superior guest service is Rob's number one priority.
