WHAT IS THE CORE STATUS CARD?
The Core status card is the initial card that any guest, 21 years of age or older, can sign up for with a valid form of identification. It is free of charge at our Player's Club booths.
WHAT IS THE LEAP STATUS CARD?
The Leap status card is available to guests who earn 100 Status Points during the six-month qualifying period. Guests who earn Leap status will have all of the associated benefits. Leap members will be given 15 Choice Credits each month with which they can design their stay based on their interests while visiting Mohegan Sun Pocono.
WHAT IS THE ASCEND STATUS CARD?
The Ascend status card is available to guests who earn 400 Status Points during the six-month qualifying period. Guests who earn Ascend status will have all of the associated benefits. Ascend members will be given 40 Choice Credits each month with which they can design their stay based on their interests while visiting Mohegan Sun Pocono.
WHAT IS THE SOAR STATUS CARD?
The Soar status card is available to guests who earn 1,200 Status Points during the six-month qualifying period. Guests who earn Soar status will have all of the associated benefits. Soar members will be given 80 Choice Credits each month with which they can design their stay based on their interests while visiting Mohegan Sun Pocono.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFYING PERIODS?
Qualifying periods are the same; January through June and July through December.
DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY CARD? CAN I STILL USE THE OLD ONE?
Your existing Player's Club card will continue to work in the slot machines. However, if you would like to take advantage of all of the new benefits of Momentum, you should visit the Player's Club to have a new card printed.
WILL ALL OF MY INFORMATION TRANSFER OVER TO THE NEW CARD?
Yes, your account number, PIN, personal information and gaming history with Mohegan Sun Pocono will transfer over to the new card. Also, your Player's Club points will transfer to your Momentum card as Momentum Dollars.
IS A PIN STILL REQUIRED?
Yes, the use of the PIN (Personal Identification Number) for transactions will remain the same.
ARE THE PLAY REQUIREMENTS DIFFERENT FOR THE NEW LEVELS THAN BEFORE? WILL I STILL FALL WITHIN THE SAME CARD LEVEL THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE OLD CARD LEVELS IF MY PLAY REMAINS THE SAME?
Momentum is a new program with new names and requirements for each level. There is no correlation between the Momentum Status levels and the prior ones.
WILL THE RESERVED PARKING LOCATIONS REMAIN THE SAME?
Yes, reserved parking areas will remain the same. Ascend and Soar members may park in our VIP Parking Lot.
WILL MY BENEFITS INCREASE FROM WHAT I WAS OFFERED PREVIOUSLY AT EACH CARD LEVEL?
Yes! Not only have we kept the majority of the previous benefits, we have also added exciting new ones not offered at other casinos.
HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MANY MOMENTUM DOLLARS/CHOICE CREDITS/ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS I HAVE?
Please visit any of the kiosks located throughout the property to access balance information. Guests may also log into My World by clicking the link at the top of this page to check Momentum Dollar balance, Status Points and to see available offers.
WHAT ARE MOMENTUM DOLLARS?
Momentum Dollars replace Player's Club points and are spendable at any of our shops or restaurants. These dollars are earned by gaming. One Momentum Dollar is equivalent to one dollar when using them for purchase in any of our shops or restaurants.
ARE MOMENTUM DOLLARS AND BENEFITS RECOGNIZED AT OTHER MOHEGAN SUN PROPERTIES?
WHAT ARE STATUS POINTS?
Status Points are earned through gaming during the qualifying period and determine which card level members fall into.
ARE STATUS POINTS EARNED AT THE SAME RATE THROUGHOUT EVERY CARD LEVEL?
Yes, Status Points, unlike Momentum Dollars, are earned at the same rate throughout every card level. However, at times, we may have promotions that will allow you to earn Status Points faster.
DO STATUS POINTS EXPIRE?
Status Points will be reset to zero at the end of each qualifying period, just as tier points were.
WHAT ARE CHOICE CREDITS?
Choice Credits are complimentary credits that are given to Leap, Ascend and Soar members each month. Leap members will receive 15 Choice Credits each month, Ascend members will receive 40 Choice Credits each month and Soar members will receive 80 Choice Credits each month.
WHAT CAN I USE MY CHOICE CREDITS FOR?
Choice Credits can be used for VIP Lounge access, buffet entry, hotel stays, Momentum Dollars and entertainment tickets. Choice Credits cannot be used towards the purchase of alcohol, tobacco products, gratuity or Gift Cards. Retail items purchased with Choice Credits cannot be returned.
CAN I ROLL MY CHOICE CREDITS OVER FROM MONTH TO MONTH? DO THEY EXPIRE?
No, Choice Credits do not roll over from month to month. They expire at the end of the month they were awarded. Guests are given the full amount of Choice Credits associated with their status at the beginning of each new month.
CAN I USE CHOICE CREDITS AT OTHER MOHEGAN SUN AFFILIATED PROPERTIES OR AT OFF-PROPERTY HOTELS?
No, at this time, Choice Credits can only be redeemed at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
CAN I PAY FOR ITEMS BY COMBINING CHOICE CREDITS WITH MY MOMENTUM DOLLARS, CASH OR CREDIT CARD?
Choice Credits can be combined with any other form of payment.
CAN I SEE HOW MANY CHOICE CREDITS REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT?
You will be able to access your Choice Credit balance at any of our kiosks.
WHAT IS A MOMENTUM ACHIEVEMENT AWARD?
Momentum Achievement Awards are set Status Point levels that have an associated award attached to them. At each instance in which a set Status Point level is reached within a tier period (300, 600, 800, 1,000, etc.) guests will receive an award at each level. Awards will be available at the kiosk every time they hit one of the Status Point levels. Guests can earn multiple awards each day by hitting multiple Status Point levels.
