Player Development Executive

Wayne, a Pennsylvania State University Graduate, joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team right after he graduated college in 2008. Three and a half years later, he still continues to strive for perfection when it comes to superior guest service. His experience in marketing plays a vital role in our player development team. His dedication and passion for the job makes Wayne really stand out as an employee. "I take the time to acknowledge each and every guest, regardless of their gaming preference," says Wayne.

Player Development Executive

Born in NEPA, Erica has lived in many areas around the world.  She returned to NEPA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA and pursued her MBA from Wilkes University.  Prior to joining Mohegan Sun Pocono, Erica was a Senior Financial Specialist for First Union Corporation and owned and operated Atmosphere, a very successful salon and day spa.  Erica has always been active in the community and in her spare time enjoys meeting new people, traveling and gaming.  Erica joined the team in 2010 as a Table Games Dealer learning all of the games the casino offers and became a dual rate supervisor prior to becoming a Player Development Executive.  Erica believes her knowledge of the gaming industry combined with her love for people, travel and gaming allows her to recognize what each and every guest expects and enjoys with their gaming experience.

Player Development Executive

Vince Zarrillo was born and raised in Bridgeport CT. In 1979, he moved to Atlantic City where he worked as a craps dealer for Ballys Parks Place.  In 1981, he joined the Golden Nugget as a Casino Supervisor.  Vince moved back to CT in 1991 to help open up Foxwoods Casino & Resort, where he was an instructor in gaming for craps, black jack, roulette & baccarat and also a Casino Shift Manager.   In July 2010, Vince moved to PA where he worked for the Mount Airy Hotel and Casino as a Player Development Executive.  Vince joined the Player Development team at Mohegan Sun Pocono in 2014 and brings to the table 35 years of gaming and Player Development experience.  He is an avid golfer, enjoys all sports with a special passion for hockey. He loves to cook for his family and friends with a special love for Italian food.  He has always believed that it is not just about building a customer base, but it’s also about building a long term relationship with your customer.


Casino Host Shift Manager

Tara Mack graduated Wilkes University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Public Relations Communications as well as being a Marywood University graduate with a Masters in Education. Tara started at
Mohegan Sun Pocono as a Marketing Representative at the Player's Club booth in April 2011 where she greeted all guests with her friendly and caring smile. Tara journeyed to Casino Host in July 2012 where she enjoys interacting and building lasting relationships with all the guests. In Tara's spare time she enjoys yoga, kayaking, nature walks and weight training to stay fit.

Willis Chou joined Mohegan Sun Pocono on May of 2011 where he started off as a Marketing Rep at the Player's Club booth. Willis moved on to be a Dual-Rate Supervisor running the casinos weekly promotions and giveaways before joining the Host team in the fall of 2013. He spent most of his youth growing up in the U.S. and is fluent with both English and Mandarin Chinese. In December 2012, Holly joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team as a marketing representative in the Player's Club booth. She ventured over to a Casino Host in October 2013. According to Holly, the most gratifying part of her job is getting to interact with so many different people on a daily basis. On her downtime, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, going to Country concerts, swimming, and snuggling up with her pets on the couch. Kenny Rowlands has been a member of the Mohegan Sun Pocono team since the summer of 2010, when he began in the Player's Club as a Marketing Representative. In his time with us, Kenny has not only shown excellence and great enthusiasm as a Rep, but has also elevated to Casino Host in the winter of 2011. Kenny enjoys spending time with his family, gaming and snowboarding in his spare time.

George feels as though the most important part about being a Casino Host is being visible. His diverse 18 years of sales and marketing background sets the stage and helps him every day making sure that each and every guest he greets has an exceptional experience during their visit. "I strive for perfection in my job responsibilities. I have the privilege and pride to be working with the best marketing team in the casino industry. I love the excitement of the casino! Our guests are our extended family and making them happy also makes me happy."

Jessica graduated from West Chester University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in theatre and psychology. That fall, she started as a front desk agent where she facilitated the opening of the new hotel at Mohegan Sun Pocono. After several months, Jessica transitioned to VIP services where she worked to promote superior guest relations and a great experience for all visitors. In January of 2015, she was promoted to casino host where she uses her background in the arts and sciences to develop lasting relationships with her guests. Jessica believes the most rewarding aspect of her position is being able to provide a unique and memorable gaming experience. She wishes you the best and looks forward to meeting you.

Tom Floyd
Casino Host

Tom is a graduate of Luzerne County Community College class of 2014 with an associate degree in hospitality management. He started with Mohegan Sun Pocono in August of 2014 as an EVS attendant. Tom quickly worked his way up to become a Player’s Club representative in March of 2015. He is delighted to join the Host team, and is fascinated with all aspects of the casino business. He hopes to with you to build your perfect visit from gaming to dining and all the other amenities Mohegan Sun Pocono has to offer.
