Mark, who joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team in late 2016, is a Stockton University graduate who spent the last eight years working in the casino industry of the Atlantic City market. With that being said, Mark comes with plenty of experience and an extensive understanding of casino operations to help benefit not only himself, but our entire company. Mark takes pride in delivering superior customer service and looks forward to offering our guests a customized gaming experience to their specific interests and tastes! Wayne, a Pennsylvania State University graduate, joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team in 2008. Wayne takes pride in “acknowledging each and every guest, regardless of their gaming preference." He strives to blow away each guest, every time by delivering excellent customer service each day. His marketing experience coupled with his superb work ethic plays a vital role in the success of our player development team. His dedication and passion for superior guest service are second to none.
Zack had the pleasure of joining Mohegan Sun Pocono in 2016 and started off as a security officer for 4 months, prior to joining the Player Development team. You can always rely on Zack to greet you with the most up most respect and always assist you with whatever situation that might arise so you have the best customer service. His friendly and outgoing personality makes it very easy for him to meet new people, build relationships, and help others. Zack is currently finishing his degree in Marketing at King’s College. Making the guest happy and creating memories for the patrons is his first priority.
Palmer joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team in 2012, while attending Penn State and worked in valet for three years. After graduating from Penn State Harrisburg in 2015 with a business management degree, Palmer transferred departments to be a casino host. From working in valet for the majority of his time at Mohegan Sun Pocono, Palmer developed a rapport with our guests and was able to deliver superior customer service to them. He makes anyone feel welcome when they visit our establishment. He will always try to turn a negative experience into a great one to make someone feel as happy as possible. Charise Mancuso was born and raised in northeastern Pennsylvania and returned to the area after spending six years in Philadelphia. Charise graduated from The University of the Arts in 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance. Charise has done promotional modeling and performed throughout the tri-state area. Her experience and interest in the casino industry led her to join the Mohegan Sun Pocono host team. She is excited to meet new people and will strive to ensure that your visit is exceptional. She looks forward to meeting all of you on our property.
Tirelle Simmons joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team in 2014 as a Valet Attendant. His desire to build relationships and make guests smile led him to join the Player Development team as a Casino Host. Tirelle's favorite part about his journey is making each and every guest feel special and to solve any issue they might have. In his spare time he loves writing music and spending time with his family. Tirelle looks forward to meeting you the next time you visit Mohegan Sun Pocono.
Sean joined the Mohegan Sun Pocono team in 2013 and worked in Valet, for 3 years, prior to being a host. You can always count on Sean to greet you with a smile and assist you with whatever you may need. His friendly and outgoing personality makes it very easy for him to meet new people, make friends and help others. He is currently finishing his degree in Business Administration at Penn State University. When he’s not working or in school you can see Sean spending time with family and friends.
